FAQ

What is a Photographic Print?

A photographic print is a print that is digitally printed on award-winning Kodak Endura Pro paper. A premier paper, Kodak Endura Pro emphasizes strong color accuracy, vibrancy, and brightness. Every Photographic Print is printed by a professional lab and then sent to me for final review and packaging before arriving at your door.

What is a Fine Art Giclee Print?

A Fine Art Giclee Print is printed an high grade, archival quality paper that's perfect for framing with its smooth, acid free surface that feels similar to watercolor paper. Giclée (French for “to spray”) is a printing process where millions of ink droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface creating natural color transitions. Every Fine Art Giclee Print is printed by a professional lab using industry-leading, archival grade EPSON printers and then sent to me for final review and packaging before arriving at your door.

Shipping & Policies

Currently, I print images as they are ordered. This process involves sending your unique, individual order to a professional printing lab where your image(s) is printed and sent to me for approval. I personally look over each and every print before packaging and mailing to ensure the highest quality is maintained. So please allow 7-10 days for this printing, handling and shipping process. If you would like a rush order, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you on meeting your deadline.

I view my artwork as an intimate extension of myself, and I want every print that I sell to maintain the highest level of quality possible. I take a great amount of care in packaging and mailing my art, but accidents can occur: if you received a damaged print please do not hesitate to contact me at your soonest convenience. I handle every refund and exchange request personally and will do the very best I can to ensure that you have a piece of art that you are overjoyed to own. Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Images will appear differently on all computer monitors and device screens – please know that the image you purchase may appear to be slightly different in print due to density and/or colour settings. But please contact me if the print you have received is vastly different than the image that you see on your monitor.
